Road not open
Sent to Merton Council less than a minute later. Council ref: SRQ-1295526-F5G3L0.
Not happy about the road being closed, none of neighbours had been notified mainly all elderly that this was going to happen and has left elderly vulnerable people trapped. My 91 year old grandma depends on this bus and is important to her independence. To catch a bus she needs to walk 20/30 mins which is impossible at her age and must be the same for the care home behind. She has been out for over a week and won't be able to independently for another 2 weeks. She doesn't use online so cant catch ubers etc the road needs to be open for the buses asap

Thank you for reporting a problem with a road or pavement.
If there is a fault with the road or pavement, a highway officer will visit to inspect the site within five working days. If we decide it’s an emergency we will make it safe within 4 hours following the inspection. If it is not dangerous, we will resolve it within 28 days following the inspection.
