See previous report refs 10003311 and 10022668. The street light is still not working at night. It is outside 3 Victory Road. This was first reported 7 days ago on August 25. Please can you fix this as a matter of urgency because the lower end of the street is very dark and this presents a safety issue.

    A highway officer will inspect the site within 5 working days.
    Minor repairs, such as lanterns not working, doors missing, or lanterns staying on during the day, are usually carried out within 3 to 5 working days.
    If a fault poses a serious safety risk to the public, we will carry out an emergency repair within 4 hours of the inspection.
    If the issue is with the electricity supply, it is the responsibility of UK Power Networks, the distribution network operator for London.
