Overgrown plane tree outside 84 Cromwell Road is causing multiple issues: pavement plates are lifted by roots; overgrown branches disturb internet and other cables running from the nearby pole to the house; overgrown branches impose significantly over the property boundary; overgrown branches make it difficult to walk past and enter the property without bending down.
