The trees in Milton Road are causing damage to our properties.

Reported via desktop in the Damage Caused By a Street Tree category anonymously at 14:08, Wednesday 2 September 2026

Sent to Merton Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 10038844.

The roots of the trees outside number 7 Milton Road are causing damage to the property. There are several cracks externally and internally in the house. The trees have not been pollarded for a long time. Why is it not done? A structural engineer is visiting my house to inspect the cracks. If the roots of the trees have caused subsidence, I will have to seek compensation for the damage caused to my property.
