A blue recycling wheelie bin has been dumped on the pavement at at the end of the alleyway between houses 175-177 Manor Way. I have checked with the neighbours and nobody is missing a blue wheelie bin. It seems to have stuff in it which doesn't look recyclable and is filthy dirty. It has been there for over 14 days. Can it be removed please.
