Vehicle repeatedly left in restricted parking area – Willow Lane Industrial Estate

This vehicle has been repeatedly observed occupying parking spaces at Willow Lane Industrial Estate for extended periods of time. The issue is that vehicles are being left in the same area for long durations, including overnight, which prevents the spaces from being used normally by people attending the surrounding businesses. This has become a regular problem and is affecting staff and visitors who need access to parking during working hours. The vehicle shown in the attached photographs appears to be part of this continuing pattern rather than a temporary parking occurrence. Please review the parking status of this vehicle and take any enforcement action considered appropriate.
