Hi my brother with special needs lives at 12 Furness Road. He’s really struggling with his mental health and physical health and recently he’s had ongoing issues with the private property and its residents next door at number 10. Previously when moving out the tenants in recent months dumped mattresses pallets and toxic waste in his front garden. Now the new residents have cut down his hedge and smashed all his fence and are parking their van off road in his front garden.
