Trees over grown
Reported via unknown in the Litter or Weeds on a Street category anonymously at 23:58, Mon 13 June 2022
Sent to Merton Council less than a minute later. Council ref: SRQ-813203-H8N8D9.
The trees are over grown and the night light can not be seen from the street making it very dangerous for walking and on a safety point of view, only the other night two boys were walking down grove road trying to steal a car unfortunately I could not see down the road and neither could I see just underneath where my car is to make out what these fellas look like so could some one come and give both the trees a trim in order to make it safer for people to be able to see where they are going all so to trim the tree out side 145 as people have to avoid it when walking on the pavement and it is hanging over my garden and cutting out theday light from my front rooms

I’ve been reporting this for years and no one at the councils have taken any notice it seems unusual that they can cut back and fill trees down the same street further down by the school but yet when I asked them to come and do this one and the one across the road which is hiding a street light nothing happens the tree outside my home routes are protruding in my front garden I have a mains drain and I’m worried that it could pierce it and damaged the mains why won’t the council get up off your arse and do something about this I understand we need trees and I’m all for them but to put a tree outside someone’s property that is not how can I say ideal is beyond me and as a house owner I wish this problem to be sorted out thank you

Why won’t the council come and sort this problem out as the Foliage trees are causing a problem but I don’t expect anyone to sort it out
