Junction dead zone Areas in front of pedestrian refuges not getting cleared of debris. These are used by cyclists and motorcyclists when filtering, and pose a serious risk of puncturing a tyre. I have previously made a report about this, and it was closed without any remedial action being taken (a distinctive piece of debris is still there). If this happens again, I will be taking the matter up with the council and the local MP directly
