Loose and dropping manhole cover on Grand Drive

The manhole cover outside 85 Grand Drive, SW20 9DW is loose and is appearing to drop in height from the main road.

When a vehicle travels over it the cover creates a loose rattle sound.

We initially noticed the issue 3 or 4 months ago.
