Carriageway kerb creating obstruction for cycles

Reported via desktop in the Other Roads or Carriageway issue category anonymously at 15:34, Wednesday 25 January 2023

Sent to Merton Council less than a minute later. Council ref: SRQ-902452-N3T4R6.

The new development and new road that has been laid at Ravensbury Terrace, where it meets Haslemere Ave, has what was a kerb running across the road. While this is only a minor problem for cars, it is terrible for cycles as they have to crash bump over it even though it is supposed a continuous carriageway. Please will you level the carriageway / join seemlessly the old and new sections of Ravensbury Terrace, so that there is no longer a kerb traversing the road, or build a proper raised table with ramps so cyclists can cycle along Ravensbury Terrace without crashing over a kerb?
