Recurring fly tipping and bin bags full of food left unprotected. Picture of a fox on the pavement ripping off bags for food taken on 6th Feb at 6 pm! Health hazard. Residents have enough of this situation. We now need a CCTV urgently to control this

The problem of Fly Tipping at the end of Farquhar Road is ongoing. This is awful actually. Each time the rubbish is cleared, more fly tipping appears. Foxes are seen at all times eating food out of bin bags left on the floor. We have requested a permanent CCTV to be installed - so that fly tippers can be caught and fined.

The problem is recurring. It is not only fly tipping - it is accepted by the Council that people living in flats are 'allowed' to take their bins to the street more often than on collection days. A neighbour who represents people who live on the street spoke to the person at the Council and asked for (1) a large communal bin to be made available to people leaving in flats and (2) a permanent CCTV to catch fly tippers (who dump mattresses / furniture etc.) . Many thanks

This is an ongoing issue and it feels we are getting no support from the Council to monitor (despite us asking for a CCTV) and fine fly tippers.
