Sent to Merton Council less than a minute later. Council ref: SRQ-916675-H8H1W0.

Third time reporting this. Fail to see why it is closed when the rubbish is evidently there. Suggest actually looking in the area where the box and canisters are. Clearly visible from the path. Don’t mark this as closed again unless the rubbish is removed. Or give a reason why you cannot find something clearly visible to anyone walking past it!!
