The whole parade of tenants of commercial properties and the flats above is using this all as its dumping ground. Frequent drug taking and anti social behaviour is the norm. Burning commercial waste and construction of illegal building is the norm. The council gives these properties a licence to do business therefore must act as these businesses are acting irresponsibility and more importantly illegally.
