Has been dumped in my parking place since the start of the lockdown March 2020. This was after a clampdown of parking in the cycling lane. Previously it had been on the pavement in the cycle lane. It has not moved since then and parts are now falling off. I am a wheelchair user that urgently needs to use my allocated parking space for my motability car
