Unwanted blue recycling bin on pavement

There is an unwanted blue-lid recycling bin outside 184A Kingston Road (SW19 3NU), next to the fence showing the sign for Building Blocks Nursery. It has been there for months and I think it is safe to say now that it does not belong to anybody in the vicinity. It is unsightly and appears to encourage people to throw litter near it. Could you please remove it?
