Gladstone Road - between Kingston Rd and Pelham Rd. Lots of plastic recycling dumped by Veolia Waste collectors this morning. No attempt to pick it up.

  • The pointer is in the right place and the photos are very clear. Difficult to miss the plastic bottles, wrappers and debris.
