Serious dip in tarmac in middle of Qeens Road about 20m/30m east of pedestrian lights at junction with South Park Rd.

Reported via desktop in the Potholes and Surface Problems category anonymously at 16:28, Tue 10 October 2023

Sent to Merton Council less than a minute later. Council ref: SRQ-1018252-N2Y4C5.

There is a serious dip in the tarmac of Queens Road about 30cm x 30cm. It is deep and wide enough to affect my car and could be serious danger to motorcyclists or cyclists. Your web-site says similar problem was previously reported on 3 & 17/9/23 but both those complaints have been closed without any action being taken. Will the forthcoming roadworks proposed for Queens Road fix this problem? If so, when will action be taken? I'd suggest that due to the road safety implications that action is needed in days rather than weeks.
