Loose manhole cover. Metal banging on metal each time a car drives over it. Causing me sleepless nights

There's a loose manhole cover that's been reported on here many times. Each time a car drives over it the metal cover bangs on metal and it is causing me not to sleep. It belongs to Thames Water and it needs repairing urgently. It was first reported months ago now and is still the same.

It's located by the traffic light crossing outside the big Sainsbury's entrance and the Lebanese takeaway place on the corner on the other side of the road. It's a very busy road and is disturbing all the residents who live here

It needs sorting urgently!
