Overgrown Hedge

Hedge from No's 12 and 14 are overhanging the path.

This seems to be a common and recurring issue by no. 14 as the hedge doesn't seem to be regularly maintained. There is a tree directly outside the property so it begins to get tight to pass when it overhangs by even a small margin.
