Sent to Merton Council less than a minute later. Council ref: SRQ-1105877-R3N4W4.
A couple of fences have been put up in the public footpath between Amity Grove and Durham Road (going behind my house - number 15 Amity Grove). The land registry clearly indicates that this is public land (footpath - as indicated by the signs in Amity Grove and Durham Rd) and the home owner has extended their gardens into the footpath. (I accessed the land registry deeds a couple of weeks ago - so this is up to date info.) This is appropriating public land and denying Merton residents access to their common areas. Furthermore this last fence is now impeding my use of my garage at the back of my house. The first fence was put up a while ago and the 2nd on 3rd June
