4 sets of traffic lights on Coombe lane raynes parkn

There are 3sets of traffic lights on Coombe lane in raynes parj. Why are there so many on this road? It’s constantly being dug up over the last few years!!

There is vonstsncvtreaffuc, I have kids to drop to school, work to get to and it’s constant traffic.

There is also another set of roadworks outside new victoria hospital so that makes it 4 sets of traffic light / roadworks within a mile. Can they not do the works on the weekend or evenings and not all at the same time.
