This damaged, rusty old bicycle (see photo) was dumped on pavement near 9Montague Road SW19 1TB. This fly-tip rubbish bicycle should be regarded as a case of fly-tipping. It was dumped and parked there for more than a year. The bicycle was rusty with damaged handle and wheels twisted, The lock-chain is broken. Please remove it asap because the pavement Access is blocked by this rubbish bicycle.
