Wheelie bins and Recycling bins left on pavement

To whom it may concern,

I’m writing to inform you about bins that are left out all year long on the pavement by three dwellings. They don’t have a bin store or front garden so all the bins sit on the pavement all the time.

They are blocking the pathway and access on the pavement, causing people to walk on the road. All three properties are next door to each other: 23A Avondale Road, London, SW19 8JX 23B Avondale Road, London, SW19 8JX 41A Avondale Road, London, SW19 8JE

Please can these be removed as soon as possible for access to the pavement. Please see images below.
