In the car park of 02-68 Gresham Way SW19 8ED at 13:11 hours Friday 19th July 2024. Detail left at Wimbledon Police station but advised by Police to contact council.

    Update on Saturday 20/07/2024: I have located the origin of the waste and have a witness who recognises the vehicle loading on Friday and recognised the waste material. The waste had been in the front garden of the house for some time. I have not approached the owner as this is best left to council officers. Please contact me directly and I will pass over the information. I would appreciate its urgent removal as there are quite a few children in the flats and I fear there may be hazardous material that could cause harm. Thanking you in anticipation.
