Despite being cleared last Friday this continues to be a persistent problem The tree has grown over the pavement and is overgrown into my father’s garden It is a hazard for all as people tread on the crab apples it makes walking in and out of his house very dangerous as he is 80 years old It was unwise of the council to plant this tree next to a public foot path and road The simple answer to this problem is to remove the tree and plant another that does not cause the same problem Many thanks
