On Saturday Evening I tripped on this piece of metal that’s elevated and fell on my hands and knees. Still struggling to walk up and down stairs , and have nasty grazes on hands and right knee. Very lucky I didn’t hit my head or face .

Itis just before the elem church and abundance cafe - right outside a new apartment on Kingston Road. Left side - After Brisbane Road, but before Kirkly.
