At 3:45 on Monday 22nd July an Asian man rang our doorbell, we didn’t answer as we were on calls.the doorbell video footage then shows him leaving a full black wheely bin with no lid on the footpath outside our house. It is not our bin. We have our bins in our bin shed. It is blocking the footpath
