Photos attached, day before and morning after for bins out again not on collection day and again dirty nappies and condoms on the floor, every day of the week so far barring Wednesday night when the collection day is actually due to happen, please address the issue, I’m going to send photos in every single day as this problem will not go away until you address it!!
