Household waste looks like a black bag waste and nappies everywhere on the foot path with food waste I can say nappies food waste tins non-recycle recyclable items all coming from black bags that seem to be put out by flat tenants

  • Without instructions to the tenants on the street and signage that clearly makes it obvious to everyone that they will be charged with fly tipping if they put the bag out at the wrong time this problem will not cease and will not go away
