12 Middle Road is illegally crossing the pavement to park on tutor house frontage

Number 12 Middle Road are not only obstructing the pavement by parking at least two vehicles on their property when they don’t have a dropped kerb but there is also a third vehicle parked on the pavement causing an obstruction to pedestrians, the pavement outside this property has been damaged due to this illegal activity and the cars parked illegally are too large to be properly within the boundaries of the property concerned, there appear to be at least 3 cars connected with this property possibly more. There are other properties on the same side of the road that have illegal crossovers as well with vehicles too large to not cause an obstruction.
