Another morning, more rubbish everywhere despite the fact you updated to say you had cleared the rubbish! This morning those bins are now all over the road, food waste, sick, animal waste, condoms and nappies!

Merton council you truly are worse than useless, put clear signage up as asked for over 50 times of the collection days on this corner, do your job!!!
