Sent to Merton Council less than a minute later. Council ref: SRQ-1135463-T6J2S9.

Outside beddington lane industrail estate. was report months only to told it's not the council land. emailed estate owners to be told it's council land not theirs. I really don't care who's owns it. it is a safety issue now as you can't see cars pulling out of the estate. PLEASE just cut it back. and bill the owners who ever they are.
