Manhole makes jarring noise. Please repair!

There's a broken manhole cover on Kingston Road and Dorien Road junction. It's on Kingston Road and directly in front of the "tool hire center" shop.

It makes an exceptionally loud and jarring sound whenever vehicles drive over it.

Buses drive over it every 15 minutes as the road is narrow and they have to drive over it. Those ones in particular are the absolute worst. They make me jump throughout the day and it's just horrible to live next to.

Please fix it as soon as possible! It is driving me crazy day and night.
