Everyday dumping

People continued to dump rubbish or items on this corner like it's an another recycle collection point and it's annoying and indecent situation for years. Last Sunday I'd almost found red handed a person who unloaded her car boot as I've seen coming from around the corner, closed the bonnet and go, then I looked around the corner and found more rubbish bags than the previous evening but unlucky I didn't saw her unload bags. Please, don't dump rubbish on this corner or on public roads anymore. Keep our streets clean. There are many solutions to throw away rubbish from the council or by a private rubbish collector. And to the council, please take an action to solve this issue. Thanks
