Empty shell of phone box

This has been empty for over a year - there is no phone inside as this has been taken out. I have contacted BT about this disused phone box and they are waiting for confirmation of the power to be cut off. Can you confirm if this has been done at all and if so that BT are informed. ( do removable can go ahead ) Works have been done as under the phone box flooring as you can see new cement has been laid. Does this mean the work is complete? This is being used as a peeing area and is becoming very unpleasant and an embarrassing sight as you enter our village. So if the power has been cut off can BT be informed as they said they will remove it once confirmed. This has to go !!!!
