Bollard blocking entrance to forecourt

Sent to Merton Council less than a minute later. Council ref: SRQ-1139324-L4F6B9.

A concrete bollard has been installed in front of 90 Kenilworth Avenue. I can no longer park my car easily on our forecourt. There are no other bollards on the street. It is impractical and an eyesore. Most grateful if you could have it removed
