Manhole cover rattling all night long!!

The manhole in the photo that’s been marked on the crossing by the sainsburys, opposite gordondale road is rattling every time a car drives over it and as resident who’s bedroom window is close by I cannot begin to tell you how infuriating it is to try and sleep with the racket every time a car drives over it!! Please fix this problem sooner rather than later because it’s been marked but nothing has been done as yet!!
