144-146 Durnsford Road

I live near this address. A couple of years ago the house was knocked down and I believe planning was submitted to develop the plot.

However nothing has happened since then and it’s a complete mess as no one is maintaining it (see pictures).

It has attracted fly tipping, vermin, loads of overflowing weeds and is a massive eye sore. The wooden fencing that has been put around it feels like it might fall down in parts so is hazardous.
