Two horse boxes have been abandoned on Inglemere Road for over a year. It looks like they had Merton Council removal notices but nothing has been actioned. This could now be deemed as fly tipping as they are blocking street parking that residents have to pay for. Would appreciate removal ASAP as there are two other notice open on this issue.
