A gang of men keep using this area (garages off grand drive at SW209NG) to store their vehicles and blocking access to the garages in the process. The vehicles are not registered, not taxed and not insured. They are possibly stolen? We have been informed that Merton council has blocked efforts to remove the cars and blocked measures to prevent this from continuing. It seems that Merton council are aware of this but, has not taken appropriate measures to prevent illegal activity.
