This is the third time reporting this, each time you reply as fixed. It is not fixed the fly tipping is still there. What are you're operatives doing? This is located at what the locals called " the horseshoe" see map of Tamworth Farm Allotment. Also the walkway to Rose Avenue. Who can I talk to about this fly tipping as this message is not getting through to the right people.
