Haydons Parade - littered from ripped up fly-tip

As every weekend, Haydons Parade between Kohat and Kingsley Rd is littered due to dirty low-lives who leave their bin bags out on a regular basis . These get ripped open by foxes and while the bag were taken this morning, the strewn around litter has been left. Please clean, it’s disgusting
