Rubbish and litter outside PROW/along road gullies

Reported via mobile in the Litter or Weeds on a Street category anonymously at 11:30, Saturday 14 September 2024

Sent to Merton Council less than a minute later. Council ref: SRQ-1146959-F0K8W3.

This area outside PROW and both pavements and gullies towards the Dundonald Road tram stop 50 metres away needs a proper sweep - hasn’t been swept properly for weeks. Lots of plastic and rubbish while the two street bins outside PROW entrance needs checking as does the one by tram stop.

  • The rubbish and litter surrounding street bin, PROW entrance and along pavement and road gullies from the works area near PROW to the tram stop is still there. None of the rubbish has been swept up so it has not been “fixed”. Please can this be sorted properly.

  • The rubbish still there - in the PROW entrance, along the pavement and road gullies from works to the tram stop.

Rubbish includes plastic bottles, a grey plastic plank next to the green wire fence, food wrappers and detritus along the pavement and in road gully especially around the bin area.

It’s very rarely swept and always looks dirty and rubbish strewn.
