Broken mirror and concrete blocks. Pavement fly tipped again by the person living at 32 Homefield Gardens. It’s been going on for months/ years. You keep coming to clean it up and I pay for it in my council tax! Can you resolve the issue once for all with hefty fine? Please can you pass this message to the Highway department as I was told you don't do it and they are not aware about those reoccurring issues.
