New residents parking sign obstructing access and view

A new residents only parking sign was placed this morning, without prior announcement. This is 1. not necessary as we already have many such signs in our street, 2. In a difficult spot as right outside the back of the car which leads to increased parking and access problems and 3. Obstructing the view. Please move this sign immediately by 1 metre so it does no longer cause access and parking problems or better still remove it altogether. Thanks
