Hundreds of cigarette butts thrown into grass verge.

Occupier of the adjacent flat stands in the front garden smoking and when finished throws live cigarette butts into the adjacent verge. This is a continuous problem and there are now hundreds of cigarette butts strewn across the grass verge.
