Sent to Merton Council less than a minute later. Council ref: SRQ-1151775-J6M0F9.

This rubbish has been here for weeks in the hedge. It looks like pillows or something, maybe the rest is over on the common. Coming from 3 Kings Pond it’s on the right, further up the bridge in the hedges on the common side, and possibly more that can’t be seen.
