Rubbish thrown and spread in front of SW19 8EE every day

Hi, the rubbish situation at the corner of Durnsford and Gordondale Road has reached critical levels and is presenting a big health hazard. There is residential waste spread around every single day. It has even reached our FRONT DOOR and we had to move the bags to enter (see the picture). We are now, not surprisingly, facing a mice infestation.

The council is not doing anything about this. This is a disgrace. Please put some bins on the street so that foxes cannot reach and spread the rubbish or change the location of the trash collection. It cannot be that we are paying Council Tax and do not get the very basic services.

This issue has been present for as long as we've been here (~1.5 years)
