Dog muck deposited in the frong garden

This is the third time. It's both fly-tipping and dog fouling. It started about six weeks ago. I first noticed it on a Monday morning. Then it was two weeks later, on Monday morning again (but it may have been deposited/thrown there on Sunday evening, late). Today is the first Wednesday. I suspect the culprit doesn't want to push their luck, and chooses other places as well. That may be why it's every two weeks and not more often. It would appear to be a small dog.
